Hosted PDF allowances
Hosted PDFs share your plan’s active Dynamic QR allowance. The file and storage limits below apply when hosting is enabled; check your account for current upload availability.
- Free: 3 active PDFs, 5 MB per file, 15 MB total.
- Full: 50 active PDFs, 10 MB per file, 500 MB total.
- Business: 100 active PDFs, 20 MB per file, 1000 MB total.
Free: three successful publications per rolling 30 days, including replacements with the same QR. Deleting a PDF frees its active/storage slot, not an upload credit. Failed publications do not spend a success credit; separate attempt limits apply. Your hosted PDF does not automatically expire while your account and QR remain active and compliant. Design features are included for everyone
Colours, patterns, frames, functional and custom logos, and PNG/SVG downloads are available without a paid plan. Signed-in accounts also save successful static downloads across browsers. Static codes do not use Dynamic slots or collect scan analytics.
Paid plans add capacity and reporting—not a separate design tool. New scan reporting uses grouped counts and activity times, plus approximate country, region and city. It does not identify visitors or collect new device/browser categories or unique/repeat estimates. Location groups need at least 5 recorded opens; detailed activity and location records are retained for up to 90 days on paid plans, within the longer totals-and-trends history.
Self-service help is available. Public support is not open yet, and priority support is not offered.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
Paid features and eligible Dynamic codes may be suspended after the paid term and grace period end. Renewal restores eligible access without changing the printed design or link. Use Keep Free to select eligible codes within the shared Free allowance after paid access ends. Other codes can become inactive without being deleted or repointed. Your account shows any applicable grace period.
Billing and plan details
- Monthly Full and Business prices are defined above. No annual pricing is published.
- Applicable taxes and the recurring total are shown before payment; tax treatment varies by location.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
- Refunds are assessed under applicable law and the Merchant of Record’s checkout terms.
- Suspended Dynamic codes do not redirect; eligible access can resume after renewal.

The Free account starts with 3 active Dynamic QR codes shared across managed links and hosted PDFs, 1,000 tracked scans per month and 30 days of reporting. Tracking pauses at the allowance; active redirects continue.
Full: 100 active Dynamic QR codes, 100,000 tracked scans per month and up to 365 days of analytics with CSV. Business: 100 active Dynamic QR codes and 150,000 tracked scans per month, with the same reporting retention.
Hosted PDF allowances apply only when uploads are enabled. Each active hosted PDF also uses a slot in your plan’s shared active Dynamic QR allowance. Full and Business are monthly plans; no annual price is published.
Cancellation and Keep Free
Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of its paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Keep Free lets you select eligible managed QR codes within the shared Free allowance; unselected paid codes may be suspended when paid access ends.
A suspended dynamic code does not redirect. Eligible access can resume without changing the printed pattern. Account deletion and safety enforcement have separate rules. Check the current account billing screen and refund policy before making a plan change.
